As customary, the VM+AE is one of those vanguard festivals in the United States that keeps us wondering how can they possibly top the previous year’s version. Well, in celebration of their 20th anniversary, Voodoo went all out, full blown bells and whistles. The newly released lineup will be headlined by American hip-hop maestro Childish Gambino, English rock juggernauts Arctic Monkeys, and the one and only, Mumford and Sons. Just imagine, why even bother looking at the undercard? The headliners alone are worth the time-off from any daily activities. Nonetheless, there are many acts worth your undivided attention at this year’s jubilee, like A Perfect Circle, Marilyn Manson, hometown musical heroes The Revivalists, Modest MouseThird Eye Blind, Albert Hammond Jr., Rüfüs Du Sol, and many, many more.
