Music Midtown Festival – Live @ Atlanta’s Piedmont Park

One more year came, one more year went. The Music Midtown Festival in Atlanta is still a premier gathering of the best the music industry has to offer. For two days Atlanta was showered by melodic excellence that ranged from an explosive showing by Mr. Kendrick Lamar, to a grand display by the charismatic Imagine Dragons, and Jared Leto getting up close and personal with a rambunctious fan-base, during the Thirty Seconds To Mars performance.

Among the weekend’s premier exhibits were the colorful and cool ceremonies put on by Atlanta-based Janelle Monáe, the shiny digs and boogie tunes of duo Chromeo, gnarly graphics and a musical clinic put on by Portugal. The Man, classic rock up-and-comers Black Pistol Fire, and the pedal-to-the-metal approach from youngster Billie Eilish.

So, now the long road to the 2019 Music Midtown Festival begins. However, before we say goodbye, here’s a look back at a few wonderful memories created on this fantastic weekend in beautiful Atlanta. Cheers!
